Staff was soooooo friendly and helpful. My daughter and I are allergic to milk and they helped us with menu items and drinks with no dairy. The food and drinks were delicious.

Great drinks and treats. Really good customer service. But the men's restroom is gross.

This little shop is quaint with excellent food, home made donuts, and of course AMAZING coffee. There are not enough stars for how much I love this place. I came home with some of their freshly ground Mothman Brew coffee and I'm already almost out. The service here is outstanding as well. Always super pleasant.

the girls are very friendly, and its a cute and clean place. The food is good quality, and tasty. They also told me about what mothman foods they had when I asked, and very nice service. It took a while for the milkshake but otherwise very nice

I came for the Mothman fest and had a blast! The little cookies that they sell ROCK my world!

The food tasted about average at its price point, and the staff seemed very standoffish like they didn't care whether or not they wanted my business. I'm guessing the place's proximity to the Mothman Museum is what keeps them in business. I'm sure Point Pleasant has better food to offer if you're not as lazy as me and pick the fist place to eat in sight.

A fabulous little cafe with a fine selection of coffee and an excellent menu. The staff are superb; very cheerful, helpful and accommodating.

The staff was rude and insulting they took 20 minutes to make a 7 dollar club sandwich. Do not waste your time going to this garbage hole in the wall so called restaurant.

Exceptional service, great coffee and atmosphere

Older Baristar very rude and acted as if we were bothering her because we wanted to order. The frappuccinos she made was not mix very well with large ice chunks floating up top and the bottom was just a liquid not Frozen. was a cool location right next to the mothman statue but that's about all that has going for it.

The most nastiest coffee I ever had. The service was appalling. The prices are too expensive for the swill they are serving. Go anywhere else for coffee.

honestly the worst service i’ve had at a coffee place, ordered an iced coffee, waited almost 30 minutes and they forgot about me then didn’t even really apologize. I wasn’t really angry until they didn’t even make me a fresh coffee, it was pulled out of the fridge. overpriced for what it is, save the money and go to dunkin or something.

The atmosphere was nice and cozy. A great place to relax over a coffee or tea. The coffee I had tasted a little watered down but the cookie I had was excellent. I reminded me of ones my grandmother would make. The staff was nice and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic place get the chocolate chip cookies the best

A friend and I ordered an ice and hot coffee after coming from the mothman museum. We thought it was weird there was no prices on the menu. We sat down and waited and watched other people be served, after 20 minutes they started shutting things down and I asked for creamer for when I get my coffee and they handed me a carton that was Walmart brand. They turned the lights off and the staff didn't acknowledge us as they began to close up, we mentioned we hadn't gotten our coffee and they gave a quick sorry and asked what we ordered then said they couldn't make the hot coffee since they shut the machines off already. Did not do anything to make up for the long wait poor service or not making the original order. On top of that the iced coffee that we waited so long for was pulled out of the fridge premade with Walmart creamer, not worth the Starbucks prices. Don't know what I was expecting from a place that spelt Colombian coffee as Columbian

Mothman cookies were great, called ahead and they even set aside the ones I wanted. Sat in front of the register for 5mins while a girl counted coins one by one into the register while we were standing right in front of her. Finally asked if we could pay for the cookies after the 5mins and was checked out. Should NOT have to ask to be checked out when she saw someone put the cookies on the front counter. Not impressed.

Ordered a breve and the coffee is weak and not smooth. Never had a breve so watery and not creamy. Would not go back.
